Machines are expensive to buy as well as to maintain.
As such if they are under utilized, or less productive , or are frequently under breakdown maintenance, our OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) is low.
We tend to get less production and sale…..where as we spend more on machine maintenance and upkeep.
