It is not a solution provider by itself. It is an enabling tool.
It is not a magic wand to eliminate all your problems. It will need dedicated approach to make it work. It is not just a status symbol or a show piece to boast or show your customers.
An ERP will not:
1) Eliminate the need for setting up of operational processes.
2) Eliminate the need for people to configure, operate and maintain.
3) Eliminate the need for Change Management as part of the implementation process.
