What are the key inputs required to effectively implement a good ERP in an Organization?

An ERP implementation stands on 3 pillars:
1) Software and Support
2) Change Management
3) People Involvement and commitment
A good ERP may help in ‘Change Management’
(It may make it easy but the importance of good Change Management still can’t be ignored)
A good ERP may not ask for Highly Skilled people, but it shall still needed dedicated, disciplined people to implement and maintain.
A good ERP should be able to create systems where none exist and help implement existing systems effectively.
